What we can help with
Anything about this website: a page that is unclear, a term you want explained, a factual error, or a passage that reads as though it is pushing rather than informing. Corrections are welcome and we would rather hear about a problem than leave it up.
What we cannot help with
Anything about your subscription. We are a promoter, not the service. We cannot cancel a subscription, refund a charge, look up an account or see your card. Those all sit with the service, and you reach them through the account you created when you signed up.
If you are trying to stop a charge, go to the service directly - contacting us first only costs you time.
