Using it on your devices

Browser-based means fewer things to set up, and a few things worth knowing about sharing a login.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

No app, no store account

The service runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. That removes several things that usually go wrong: no app to download, no app-store account to set up, no updates to keep on top of, and nothing occupying storage on a phone that is already full.

It also means a borrowed or work machine works the same as your own, and that signing out is a complete exit rather than an app left sitting on the device.

Which browser

Any current one. If something does not play, the first thing to try is a different browser or a private window - content blockers and older extensions are a common cause, and it is a thirty-second test that saves a support message.

Signing in on more than one device

The published material describes computer, tablet and phone, which tells you the service is meant to follow you around. How many devices may be signed in at the same time is a matter for the service's own terms and your account settings rather than something we can state for you.

Sharing a login

Worth thinking about before you do it. A subscription login is usually tied to an account that also holds the payment card, so handing it to somebody else hands them more than the films. Whether sharing is permitted at all is set out in the service's terms.

Signing out matters

Because access lives in the browser rather than in an app, a session left open on a shared or public machine is a session somebody else can use. Sign out when you finish on a device that is not yours.

If something will not play

In rough order of how often it is the answer:

  • A content blocker or an extension is interfering. Try a private window.
  • The connection is not up to it. Try a lower quality setting if there is one.
  • The browser is out of date.
  • The content is not available in your region, or the rights have changed.

If none of those, contact the service through your account. We cannot see your account and cannot fix playback.
