What a membership covers
Seven content types under one subscription, and the honest limits of what “unlimited” means.

One membership, seven libraries
InstantApps brings movies, video, music, audiobooks, games, software and live sports streaming under a single monthly subscription. The point of a bundle is that it replaces the situation most people are actually in - one subscription for watching, another for listening, another for music
- with one charge and one place to look.
What "unlimited access" means here
It means there is no per-item charge and no cap on how much you use. Nothing costs extra once you are a member and you are not renting titles one at a time.
It does not mean the catalogue contains everything. No service has every film, every record or every book, and a bundle at a flat monthly price is not where you should expect the one specific title you have in mind. The honest test is the trial: three days is enough to find out whether the things you would actually reach for are in there.
Access, not ownership
Everything is streamed or run from the service. You are buying access for as long as you pay, not a library you keep. That is the trade - a flat monthly fee across seven content types, in exchange for nothing carrying over when you stop.
The seven, and what each is for
- Movies and video. Feature film and shorter-form video on demand, with nothing rented or bought individually.
- Music and audiobooks. Both streamed under the same membership, which is what makes the bundle different from subscribing to a music service and an audiobook service separately.
- Games. Run from the service in the browser rather than installed one at a time.
- Software. Tools included with the membership - access while you subscribe, not a licence you keep.
- Live sport. Streaming of live events. What is carried depends on rights deals, and those change.
New content
The service says new movies, music, audiobooks and games are added all the time. That is its own description of itself. We have not measured how much or how often, so we are not going to put a number on it. If the current catalogue is not worth the monthly fee to you, decide on what is in it today rather than on what might arrive.
What it is not
It is not a shop. There is nothing to buy individually, no obligation to purchase a set quantity and no delivery or handling charges. It is also not a one-off purchase: it renews monthly until you end it.
